Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 50% payment holds your dates at La Maison Rose. This 50% payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the property for the period of your stay. The remaining 50% balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to your stay, along with a separate $300 Damage Deposit (which can be sent as a personal check). Your security deposit is fully refundable after confirmation that there was no damage to the property or house contents. Should there be damage, we will always contact you to resolve the situation before charging repairs against your deposit!
Rental Agreement
Please download the following PDF to review our standard rental agreement. The completed agreement, long with your final payment and damage deposit will be due 30 days before your arrival. Our mailing address will be provided via e-mail upon receipt of your deposit.
